Notice:
There is a power outage in the Orillia area affecting customers off the 8 Mile Point tower. There are also various outages in the Orillia area that may affect customers off Joyland Beach.

Title: Little Hawk Tower Outage

Notice:
The tower at Little Hawk is offline. This is due to complications with water and we hope to have service restored this afternoon.

UPDATE:

Tower crews have been on site replacing the tower. We are now at about 70 feet and will continue until service is restored. We expect to start seeing some services turned back up as early as noon, Tuesday. Thank you everyone for your patience and your help for those of you lending a hand, we really appreciate it!

Title: Outage UPDATE

Notice:
The outage affecting Joyland Beach and 8 Mile Point areas, has been updated. Technicians have found the tower at the site has toppled over due to high winds and spring run off. Tower crews have been dispatched to begin the process of rebuilding the tower. Our best estimate is service will be restored by Tuesday April 16th. Let us assure you we will be working on this until completed. All other service calls will be suspended until this is outage is resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience this will cause, and we appreciate your patience. We will update these posts as progress continues.
