We upgraded the back-haul links into these areas today. Tower crew is 2 hours a away from the tower when the new links are starting to fail. Brand new equipment was installed so we are expecting defective radios. Tech’s will be called to return to tower for replacement.
Resolution:
Admins were able fix radio remotely. We will be watching these links very closely to make sure this is not a hardware problem.
